Hans the Butcher

Hans Zimmermann, German master butcher since the 70's, is our in-house expert on all matters meat and butchery. Before joining MAKOTO, Hans was the head butcher of the legendary "Zeppelinmetzgerei" in Frankfurt, a local institution synonymous with premium quality meats and a proud family tradition of artisanal craftsmanship. Give the man a good glass of red wine and an oxtail and he will work wonders.
